Browsing on the netSimply check your personal e-mail or some interesting sites. Just don’t get carried away and forget about your job.4. Chatting</strong>For those who can access some chatting rooms, why don’t you use it to help you feel more spirited? Not only it helps get rid of your boredom, but you can also get information and have fun at the same time.6. Calling a friendJust take 3-5 minutes to call a friend, your husband/wife or children. You’ll feel more energized afterwards.7. Listening to the musicThis can help you get relaxed. Some genres of music can even make you feel more enthusiastic.8. Excellent suggestions for breaking up the day at the office. I find that doing some of these things is also a great way to build a company culture. My personal favorite is enjoying a game from time to time. Having a ping pong table in the company break room is a nice way to have a little fun between colleagues.
